From the first interaction, I knew we had called the right place
"We had a frayed cable on our bedroom slide as we were on week one of a six week camping trip to Lake Superior that we noticed in Bismarck, North Dakota. No one there had any availability to help us out, so we headed to Fargo. Called several places, but no one could help us. Someone recommended Adventure RV, so I came them. From the first interaction, I knew we had called the right place. Tyler was attentive, listened to my description of the issue and went immediately to see if they had the necessary parts to get us back on the road. He set us up with an appointment that afternoon since he knew we were just passing thru. We brought in our trailer and after just 2 hours or so, we were back on the road! All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. An issue which could have ended our vacation turned put to be just a two hour rest stop in West Fargo thanks to the great folks at Adventure RV!! THANK YOU ALL!!!
